How it works

1. Activate up to five lands by tapping them, adding at least 2.
2. Cast Peregrine Drake by paying its mana cost.
3. When Peregrine Drake enters, it triggers twice. Resolve the first trigger, untapping five lands.
4. Holding priority, activate up to five lands by tapping them, adding at least 2.
5. Resolve the second Peregrine Drake trigger, untapping five lands.
6. Cast Kor Skyfisher by paying its mana cost.
7. When Kor Skyfisher enters, it triggers twice, returning it and Peregrine Drake from the battlefield to your hand.
8. Repeat.

This elegant loop hinges on doubling up creature entry triggers with Delney, Streetwise Lookout, whose static ability ensures that both Peregrine Drake and Kor Skyfisher trigger twice each time they enter the battlefield. When Peregrine Drake arrives, its doubled triggers untap up to ten lands total, more than paying back the investment and netting extra mana. Then, casting Kor Skyfisher lets its own doubled enter-the-battlefield triggers safely bounce both itself and the Drake right back to your hand, resetting the board so you can repeat the process indefinitely.
