How it works

1. Activate up to five lands by tapping them, adding at least 1.
2. Activate Lilysplash Mentor by paying 1, blinking Peregrine Drake.
3. When Peregrine Drake enters the battlefield, it triggers, untapping up to five lands.
4. Repeat.

This delightful little engine relies on a clever loop of resource transformation and rediscovery, powered entirely by Lilysplash Mentor and Peregrine Drake. By paying the Mentor's activation cost using the mana generated from your lands, you send the Drake into exile and right back to the battlefield. Because the Drake's enters-the-battlefield ability untaps up to five lands, it completely refunds the mana you spent—and then some, leaving you with infinite mana, endless triggers, and a steadily growing Mentor thanks to those lingering +1/+1 counters.
