How it works

1. Cast Appa by paying 2
2. When Appa enters, its first ability triggers, exiling Icewind Stalwart with the ability to cast it later from exile.
3. Cast Icewind Stalwart from exile by paying 0.
4. When Icewind Stalwart enters, it triggers, blinking Appa.
5. Repeat from step 2.

This clever loop leverages Appa, Steadfast Guardian to endlessly bounce and re-trigger our board, starting when its entry ability exiles Icewind Stalwart. Thanks to the cost-reducing static ability of Sage of the Beyond, Icewind Stalwart can be cast straight out of exile for zero mana, allowing it to immediately re-enter and blink Appa right back out. This endless cycle of arrivals and departures triggers Appa, Steadfast Guardian's second ability over and over, flooding the board with an endless army of Ally tokens while generating infinite storm count and trigger events.
