How it works

1. Cast Cavern Harpy by paying .
2. Oltec Matterweaver triggers, creating two token copies of any Treasure or Gold token you control.
3. When Cavern Harpy enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning itself from the battlefield to your hand.
4. Activate two Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, or two Golds by sacrificing them, adding .
5. Repeat.

This clever loop transforms Cavern Harpy into a self-sustaining engine by taking advantage of its own entry trigger and cheap casting cost. As you recast Cavern Harpy, Oltec Matterweaver triggers to duplicate your existing artifact tokens—an effect that is doubled directly by Doubling Season to yield twice as many resources. By turning those extra tokens into the mana needed to repeat the process, you easily generate infinite creature enters-the-battlefield triggers, leaves-the-battlefield triggers, and storm count.
