How it works

1. Cast Cavern Harpy by paying .
2. Oltec Matterweaver triggers, creating two token copies of any Treasure or Gold token you control.
3. When Cavern Harpy enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning itself from the battlefield to your hand.
4. Activate two Treasures by tapping and sacrificing them, or two Golds by sacrificing them, adding .
5. Repeat.

This clever loop centers around the self-bouncing nature of Cavern Harpy, which constantly resets its own entry trigger to keep returning itself to your hand for a modest life payment. To fuel this dance, Bard, King of Dale doubles every token creation under your control, turning Oltec Matterweaver's single artifact-copy trigger into a doubled harvest of Treasure or Gold tokens. Each iteration yields enough mana from sacrificing those doubled tokens to pay for recasting Cavern Harpy, resulting in an endless storm of creature entries and exits.
