How it works

By enchanting Hydra Omnivore with Glistening Oil, you grant it the devastating power of infect, turning its massive physical strikes into lethal poison counters instead of standard damage. When Hydra Omnivore connects with a single adversary, its inherent combat trigger spreads that exact same chunk of damage—and thus poison—to every single remaining opponent at the table simultaneously. Thanks to Glistening Oil's clever self-recurring nature, you can even replay the Aura if it ever hits the graveyard, but its primary job is transforming a localized attack into a full-table elimination in a single blow.
