How it works

1. Cast Crown of Flames by paying targeting The Howling Abomination.
2. Birgi, The Howling Abomination and Runaway Steam-Kin trigger.
3. Resolve the Birgi trigger, adding .
4. Resolve the The Howling Abomination trigger, giving it +2/+2 until end of turn and dealing 2 damage to each opponent.
