How it works

  1. Cast Crown of Flames by paying R mana, targeting any creature you control, triggering Birgi and Kykar.
  2. Resolve the Birgi trigger, adding R mana.
  3. Resolve the Kykar trigger, creating a 1/1 Spirit creature token.
  4. Activate Kykar by sacrificing the Spirit token, adding R mana.
  5. Activate Crown of Flames' second ability by paying R mana, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
  6. Repeat.
