How it works

1. Activate Bloodflow Connoisseur by sacrificing the Goblin, Orc or Army
2. When the Goblin, Orc or Army dies, The Great Goblin's second ability and Mortuary trigger.
3. Resolve the Mortuary trigger, putting the Goblin, Orc or Army onto the top of your library from your graveyard.
4. Resolve the Great Goblin trigger, exiling the Goblin, Orc or Army from the top of your library with the ability to play it until the end of your next turn.
5. Resolve the Bloodflow Connoisseur ability
6. Cast the Goblin, Orc or Army from exile by paying its mana cost.
7. Birgi triggers, adding
8. Repeat

This clever loop turns a modest sacrifice into a perpetual motion machine by weaponizing the graveyard and library in a continuous cycle. You feed a creature to Bloodflow Connoisseur, which prompts Mortuary to quietly intercept the dying creature and slide it right back onto the top of your library.
