How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Jace's Projection triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 1 and removing a counter from a creature you control.
4. Birgi triggers, adding .
5. Repeat.

This clever loop turns your library's top card into an endless engine by leveraging Falco Spara, Pactweaver's ability to cast spells off the top of your deck using any creature's counters as an alternate payment. You tap Sensei's Divining Top to draw it and place it back on top of your library, triggering Jace's Projection to grow with a fresh +1/+1 counter. That newly placed +1/+1 counter then immediately serves as the fuel needed to cast Sensei's Divining Top right back out from the top of your library. Meanwhile, Birgi, God of Storytelling feeds mana back into your pool with every spell cast, letting you repeat this cycle endlessly to draw your entire deck and generate a massive storm count.
