How it works

1. Activate Cormela by paying 1 and tapping it, adding that can only be spent to cast instant and/or sorcery spells.
2. Cast Molten Duplication by paying 1.
3. Birgi triggers, adding .
4. Resolve Molten Duplication, creating a token copy of Cormela.
5. Put the tapped Cormela into your graveyard due to the legend rule.
6. When Cormela dies, it triggers, returning Molten Duplication from your graveyard to your hand.
7. Repeat.

This clever loop harnesses Cormela, Glamour Thief as both our engine and our recycler, tapping her for the exact colored mana we need to kick things off. By casting Molten Duplication, we trigger Birgi, God of Storytelling to refund red mana while conjuring a hasty token copy of Cormela herself. The legend rule immediately consigns our original Cormela to the graveyard, but her death trigger smartly plucks Molten Duplication right back to our hand, ready to repeat the spectacle and generate infinite mana.
