How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Activate Harnfel by discarding a card, exiling the top two cards of your library and allowing you to cast them this turn.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from exile by paying 0.
4. Repeat.

This clever engine turns Sensei's Divining Top into a self-sustaining card-drawing and storm-building machine by using Harnfel, Horn of Bounty as your discard outlet to continuously banish cards from your library. As you repeatedly cast the Top from exile, Bilbo, Thief in the Night steps in to reduce its casting cost to zero, completely removing the mana burden from the loop. Meanwhile, Birgi, God of Storytelling triggers off every single one of those artifact casts to continually refund your red mana and stockpile resources, letting you churn through your entire deck.
