How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Activate Harnfel by discarding a card, exiling the top two cards of your library and allowing you to cast them this turn.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from exile by paying 1.
4. The Vision and Scarlet Witch triggers, adding and putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
5. Repeat.

This dynamic loop turns the modest artifact Sensei's Divining Top into an unstoppable engine by leveraging the mana-generating prowess of Birgi, God of Storytelling // Harnfel, Horn of Bounty and The Vision and Scarlet Witch. By tapping the Top to draw a card and place it back on your library, you can then feed any extra card to Harnfel's activated ability to exile that same Top and cast it again from exile for just one mana. Every time you recast it, The Vision and Scarlet Witch and Birgi trigger to refund your mana investment with red mana and grow The Vision and Scarlet Witch with endless +1/+1 counters. This creates a self-sustaining storm of draws, discards, and mana that can cycle through your entire deck while pumping up your board.
