How it works

1. Activate Goblin Bombardment by sacrificing Shambling Ghast.
2. When Shambling Ghast dies, it and Rakdos trigger.
3. Resolve the Shambling Ghast trigger, creating a Treasure token.
4. Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding .
5. Holding priority, activate Haunted Crossroads by paying , putting Shambling Ghast from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
6. Resolve the Rakdos trigger, exiling Shambling Ghast from the top of your library with the ability to cast it until your next turn.
7. Resolve the Goblin Bombardment ability, dealing 1 damage to any target.
8. Cast Shambling Ghast from exile by paying 1.
9. Birgi triggers, adding .
10. Repeat.

This loop turns a simple skeletal sac-loop into an explosive engine by feeding Shambling Ghast to Goblin Bombardment, which triggers Rakdos, the Muscle to exile the Ghast right off the top of the library just as Haunted Crossroads puts it there for a single black mana. Meanwhile, Birgi, God of Storytelling provides the crucial red mana refund every time you recast the Ghast from exile, ensuring your resources actually grow with each iteration.
