How it works

1. Activate Carrion Feeder by sacrificing Priest of Gix.
2. When Priest of Gix dies, Rakdos triggers.
3. Holding priority, activate Haunted Crossroads by paying , putting Priest of Gix from your graveyard onto the top of your library.
4. Resolve the Rakdos trigger, causing you to exile the top three cards of your library with the ability to play them until your next end step.
5. Resolve the Carrion Feeder ability from step 1, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
6. Cast Priest of Gix from exile by paying 3.
7. Birgi triggers, adding .
8. When Priest of Gix enters the battlefield, it triggers, adding .
9. Repeat.

This loop transforms the mana production of Priest of Gix into a self-sustaining engine by utilizing Carrion Feeder as a dedicated sacrifice outlet to constantly bin and recast the cleric. Haunted Crossroads acts as the critical glue for the loop, leveraging black mana to recycle Priest of Gix right back to the top of your library so it can be re-exiled by Rakdos, the Muscle's trigger whenever another creature is sacrificed. Meanwhile, Birgi, God of Storytelling // Harnfel, Horn of Bounty rewards your rapid spellcasting by turning every cast into extra red mana, ensuring you always have the resources to repeat the process while digging progressively deeper through your library.
