How it works

1. Activate Cauldron Familiar by sacrificing a Food.
2. Ygra triggers, putting two +1/+1 counters on it.
3. Resolve the Cauldron Familiar ability, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield.
4. Cauldron Familiar and Desecrated Tomb trigger.
5. Resolve the Desecrated Tomb trigger, creating a creature token.
6. Resolve the Cauldron Familiar trigger, causing each opponent to lose 1 life and you to gain 1 life.
7. Activate Atog by sacrificing Cauldron Familiar.
8. When Cauldron Familiar dies, Ygra triggers, putting two +1/+1 counters on it.
9. Resolve the Atog ability.
10. Repeat.
