Haze of Rage

How it works

1. Cast Haze of Rage with buyback by paying 3.
2. Geralf and Haze of Rage's storm ability trigger.
3. Resolve the Geralf trigger, creating a 2/2 Zombie Rogue creature token.
4. When the Zombie Rogue enters the battlefield, Geralf's second ability triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on the Zombie Rogue for each other Zombie that entered the battlefield under your control this turn.
5. Resolve the Haze of Rage trigger, copying it for each spell cast before it this turn.
6. Resolve all Haze of Rage spells, giving creatures you control +1/+0 for each spell and returning the original Haze of Rage to your hand.
7. Activate the Zombie Rogue using Vivi's ability by paying 0, adding an amount of equal to its power.
8. Repeat.

This engine spins out of control by feeding Vivi Ornitier's scaling mana production directly into an unstoppable, self-sustaining storm loop. With Agatha's Soul Cauldron enabling any of your creatures to share Vivi's activated ability—and letting you stock the graveyard and seed the battlefield with +1/+1 counters—your tokens instantly turn into mini-Vivis. Meanwhile, Geralf, the Fleshwright rewards your endless spellcasting by churning out Zombie Rogue tokens that naturally grow larger as the chain progresses. Finally, Haze of Rage acts as the ultimate catalyst, providing the continuous spell count for storm and the buyback cost to loop the entire sequence infinitely.
