How it works

1. Play Glacial Chasm either from your hand or from your graveyard.
2. When Glacial Chasm enters the battlefield, its second ability triggers, causing you to sacrifice another land you control.
3. Play any land from your graveyard.
4. At the beginning of your next upkeep, Glacial Chasm's cumulative upkeep ability triggers, allowing you to choose not to pay the cost and sacrifice it instead.
5. Repeat.

This lock works by exploiting Glacial Chasm to make you completely immune to damage, completely bypassing its dangerous cumulative upkeep and land sacrifice drawbacks. Because Icetill Explorer allows you to play lands directly from your graveyard and grants an additional land drop on each of your turns, you can simply sacrifice Glacial Chasm to its own cumulative upkeep, let it hit the graveyard, and replay it immediately. Whenever the newly played Glacial Chasm enters the battlefield, you just sacrifice the land you previously played with Icetill Explorer, feeding a sustainable loop that keeps you permanently guarded behind the Chasm's absolute damage prevention.
