How it works
Declare Altaïr as an attacker, triggering its ability, exiling Éomer from your graveyard with a memory counter on it and creating two tapped and attacking copies of Éomer.
Put all but one Éomer token into your graveyard due to the legend rule, causing you to get at least one Éomer trigger, causing you to untap all creatures you control and to get an additional combat phase after this one.
At the end of your combat phase, Altaïr triggers, causing you to exile the Éomer token.
Repeat each combat phase.
This ingenious loop turns Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad into a one-man army by rewriting the laws of the battlefield through Rukarumel, Biologist, which turns Éomer, Marshal of Rohan into an Assassin card while in your graveyard so Altaïr can continually target and exile him. When Altaïr attacks and exiles Éomer, Exalted Sunborn doubles the resulting token output, creating multiple copies of Éomer that immediately succumb to the legend rule and trigger his ability to untap your board and grant an additional combat phase. Since the remaining Éomer token is exiled at the end of combat, you can simply repeat this process across infinite extra combat phases to generate endless entry, death, and leaves-the-battlefield triggers alongside infinite untaps.
