How it works

1. Activate Deadeye Navigator by paying 1, blinking it.
2. When Deadeye Navigator enters the battlefield, its soulbond ability and Blessed Sanctuary triggers.
3. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, pairing it and another creature you control.
4. Resolve the Blessed Sanctuary trigger, creating two 2/2 Unicorn creature tokens.
5. Activate Phyrexian Altar twice by sacrificing the Unicorns, adding 1.
6. Repeat.

You then feed those fresh Unicorns straight into Phyrexian Altar to generate the exact mana needed to activate Deadeye Navigator again, leaving you with a perpetually repeating sequence that churns out infinite enters-the-battlefield, death, and sacrifice triggers.
