How it works

1. Activate Deadeye Navigator by paying 1, blinking it.
2. When Deadeye Navigator enters the battlefield, its soulbond ability and Blessed Sanctuary triggers.
3. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, pairing it and another creature you control.
4. Resolve the Blessed Sanctuary trigger, creating two 2/2 Unicorn creature tokens.
5. Activate Phyrexian Altar twice by sacrificing the Unicorns, adding 1.
6. Repeat.

This elegant engine relies on Deadeye Navigator's repeatable blink ability—fueled by the mana from sacrificing creatures to Phyrexian Altar—to perpetually trigger a cascade of value. Every time the Navigator re-enters the battlefield, its soulbond lets it re-pair with a creature, while Blessed Sanctuary turns that entry into a pair of 2/2 Unicorn tokens. Thanks to Primal Vigor doubling those token creations, you get double the sacrifice fodder needed to fuel the Altar's mana production. Meanwhile, Blessed Sanctuary’s static protection keeps your board safe from noncombat damage while the loop runs infinitely.
