How it works

1. Cast Leonardo either from your hand or from the command zone by paying due to its cost reduction.
2. Oketra's Monument triggers, creating a creature token.
3. When Leonardo enters, Blessed Sanctuary triggers, creating a creature token.
4. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Leonardo, adding .
5. Put Leonardo into the command zone from your graveyard.
6. Repeat.

This clever loop uses Leonardo, Worldly Warrior as a virtually free commander whose cost is completely mitigated by Oketra's Monument and his own affinity for creatures, allowing you to recast him for just one white mana. Every time Leonardo enters the battlefield, Blessed Sanctuary triggers to generate a fresh Unicorn token, providing a steady stream of material to sacrifice to Phyrexian Altar. By feeding Leonardo back into the altar for mana and returning him to the command zone, you endlessly recycle the cast and sacrifice triggers to fuel infinite storm counts and death effects.
