How it works

1. Kill Cytoplast Manipulator.
2. When Cytoplast Manipulator dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it due to its graft ability.
3. When Cytoplast Manipulator enters, Blessed Sanctuary triggers, creating a creature token.
4. When the creature token enters, Cytoplast Manipulator triggers, moving a +1/+1 counter from it to the creature token. Cytoplast Manipulator dies as a state-based action due to having 0 toughness.
5. Repeat from step 2.
