How it works

  1. Cast Shrieking Drake by paying U mana.
  2. When Shrieking Drake enters the battlefield, it and Blessed Sanctuary trigger.

  4. Resolve the Blessed Sanctuary trigger, creating a creature token.
  5. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the creature token, adding U mana.
  6. Repeat.
