How it works

1. Activate Yahenni by sacrificing Archon of Falling Stars.
2. When Archon of Falling Stars dies, it triggers, returning Animate Dead from your graveyard to the battlefield.
3. When Animate Dead enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Archon of Falling Stars from your graveyard to the battlefield, and attaching Animate Dead to it.
4. Resolve the Yahenni ability, giving it indestructible until end of turn.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop uses Yahenni, Undying Partisan as the sacrifice outlet to send Archon of Falling Stars to the graveyard, where its death trigger immediately plucks Animate Dead back to the battlefield. Once Animate Dead returns, its enters-the-battlefield ability drags Archon of Falling Stars right back out of the graveyard and onto the battlefield, creating a self-sustaining cycle of life and death. Because Animate Dead continuously reanimates the Archon and the Archon continuously returns the enchantment, you get an endless engine of sacrifices and triggers to fuel Yahenni's growth and dominate the board.
