How it works

1. Activate Krark-Clan Ironworks by sacrificing Cathodion, adding CC.
2. When Cathodion dies, it triggers, adding CCC.
3. Activate Eldrazi Displacer by paying 2C, blinking Edgar.
4. Cast Cathodion from your graveyard by paying 2.
5. Repeat.

While Edgar's attack-buffing Tools are a nice bonus, his real power here is his static ability allowing you to recast an artifact from your graveyard each turn—namely Cathodion—which is made even cheaper thanks to Voyager Quickwelder reducing artifact spell costs by {1}. By cycling Cathodion back and forth between the battlefield and the graveyard, you continually profit on mana while generating an unstoppable storm of artifact and creature triggers.
