How it works

1. Play any land card.
2. That land enters as a creature due to Living Plane, triggering Vigean Graftmage's Graft ability, allowing you to move a +1/+1 counter from Vigean Graftmage to that land.
3. Activate that land by tapping it, adding one mana.
4. Overgrowth triggers, adding at least two additional mana.
5. Activate Vigean Graftmage by paying 1, untapping the land creature.
6. Repeat.

This loop turns any ordinary land drop into a self-sustaining mana engine by bending the rules of the battlefield. Thanks to Living Plane, every land you play enters as a creature, immediately triggering Vigean Graftmage so you can slide a +1/+1 counter onto the newcomer to make it a valid target for the Graftmage's untap ability. Once Overgrowth enchants one of these animated lands, tapping it for mana yields a windfall of green in addition to its normal output. You can then use a fraction of that bounty to pay Vigean Graftmage's activation cost, untapping the land creature to repeat the process for infinite mana.
