With The Reality Chip granting you the ability to cast spells directly from the top of your library—and letting you peek ahead—you can continuously tap Sensei's Divining Top to draw a card while placing itself back on top. Starnheim Courser then steps in to eliminate the casting cost entirely, reducing the Top's price from {1} down to {0}. Because Sensei's Divining Top replaces itself on the draw step by becoming the very card you cast for free, you can repeat this sequence indefinitely to draw your entire deck, generate endless draw triggers, and rack up a massive storm count.
