How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.

This clever engine turns Sensei's Divining Top into a self-sustaining loop by leveraging a clever cost-reduction and mana-generation network. Starnheim Courser reduces the cost of artifact spells by {1}, allowing you to cast Sensei's Divining Top for free, while Mm'menon, the Right Hand lets you cast it directly from the top of your library and taps to provide the blue mana needed to activate Sensei's Divining Top's first ability if ever required (or simply helps fuel the ecosystem). Mm'menon, the Right Hand also grants you continuous vision of your library's top card to keep the sequence smooth. By repeatedly tapping Sensei's Divining Top to draw a card and place itself back on top, then casting it anew for zero mana, you achieve infinite card draw, infinite draw triggers, and a near-infinite storm count.
