How it works

1. Cast any instant or sorcery spell with flashback by paying its cost.
2. Eye of the Storm triggers, exiling that card, then allowing you to cast copies of all spells exiled with Eye of the Storm.
3. Resolve the Seething Song copy, adding .
4. Resolve the Runic Repetition copy, returning the card you cast in step 1 from exile to your hand.
5. Resolve all other spell copies.
6. Repeat.
