How it works

1. Activate Marvin using Accomplished Alchemist's ability by tapping it, adding at least two mana of any color.
2. Activate Marvin using Farmstead Gleaner's ability by paying 2 and untapping it, putting a +1/+1 counter on Marvin.
3. Repeat.

This clever loop turns Marvin, Murderous Mimic into a self-contained engine by feeding on the static traits of its robotic companions. Because Marvin borrows the activated abilities of other creatures you control, it can tap via Accomplished Alchemist's imparted power to generate mana—fueled in part by the life-gain scaling of that same ability—while simultaneously adopting Farmstead Gleaner's untap symbol cost. By spending a portion of that generated mana to activate the Gleaner's ability, you untap Marvin, place a +1/+1 counter on it to grow its strength, and net enough resources to repeat the process indefinitely for infinite colored mana and infinitely large stats.
