This loop turns Farmstead Gleaner into a self-contained mana and growth engine by leaning into the untap symbol's potential. By enchanting the Gleaner with Careful Cultivation, you supercharge its tap ability to yield two green mana instead of one, leaving you a clean profit after paying the two generic mana required to untap it with its own ability. As you cycle back and forth between tapping for green energy and paying to untap, the Gleaner steadily accumulates infinite +1/+1 counters to tower over the battlefield.
