Breath of Fury

How it works

1. At the beginning of your combat phase, Phabine triggers, causing each player to reveal the top card of their library, then causing you to create a 1/1 Citizen creature token for each land card revealed this way, then giving creatures you control +1/+1 until end of turn for each nonland card revealed this way, then causing each player to draw a card.
2. Declare Ghired and the creature with Breath of Fury attached as attackers.
3. Ghired triggers, creating a token copy of a creature token you control that is tapped and attacking.
4. Deal combat damage to an opponent using the creature with Breath of Fury attached.
5. Breath of Fury triggers, causing you to sacrifice the creature with Breath of Fury attached, then attach Breath of Fury to a creature token you control, untap all creatures you control and to get an additional combat phase after this one.
6. Repeat each combat phase.

This relentless assault begins in the combat phase, where Phabine, Boss's Confidant pumps your team and builds a growing army of Citizen tokens while granting them all haste. By enchanting a creature with Breath of Fury and sending it alongside Ghired, Conclave Exile into battle, you set up an unstoppable loop of extra combat steps. Every time Ghired swings, his populate ability swells your ranks, and when the creature bearing Breath of Fury connects with an opponent, it sacrifices itself to pass the Aura to a fresh token—untapping your entire board so you can do it all over again.
