How it works

1. Cast Undying Malice by paying , targeting Shipwreck Dowser.
2. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Shipwreck Dowser, adding .
3. When Shipwreck Dowser dies, it triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield.
4. When Shipwreck Dowser enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Undying Malice from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Repeat.

This insidious little loop relies on Shipwreck Dowser’s ability to constantly recycle the very magic that resurrects it. By fueling Phyrexian Altar with the creature's repeated demises, you generate the black mana needed to cast Undying Malice over and over. Each time Shipwreck Dowser returns to the battlefield, it grabs Undying Malice right back out of your graveyard, completely bypassing its usual permanent death while feeding a staggering storm count.
