How it works

Thanks to Sami, Wildcat Captain providing affinity for artifacts, Whispers of the Muse can be cast for just its single blue mana. When you cast it, Namor the Sub-Mariner triggers to create a 1/1 blue Merfolk token, which you immediately feed into Phyrexian Altar to generate the exact mana needed to cast the spell again.
