How it works

1. Cast Lightwheel Enhancements either from your hand or from your graveyard by paying , attaching it to Kobolds of Kher Keep.
2. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Kobolds of Kher Keep, adding .
3. When Kobolds of Kher Keep dies, Koll triggers, returning Kobolds of Kher Keep from your graveyard to your hand.
4. Cast Kobolds of Kher Keep by paying 0.
5. Repeat.
