How it works

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Ulamog, adding 1.
2. When Ulamog dies, it, Heirloom Blade and Deathrender trigger.
3. Resolve the Ulamog trigger, shuffling it into your library.
4. Resolve the Heirloom Blade trigger, causing you to reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a creature that shares a card type with Ulamog and put it into your hand
5. Resolve the Deathrender trigger, putting the creature from your hand onto the battlefield and attaching Deathrender to it.
6. Activate Heirloom Blade's equip ability by paying 1, attaching it to the creature.
7. Repeat.
