How it works

  1. Activate Cauldron of Essence by paying 1B manaG mana, tapping it and sacrificing another creature.
  2. When the creature dies, Cauldron of Essence triggers, and Dross Scorpion triggers if the creature was an artifact.
  3. Resolve the Cauldron of Essence trigger, causing you to gain 1 life and each opponent to lose 1 life.
  4. Resolve the Dross Scorpion trigger, if applicable, untapping an artifact.
  5. Resolve the Cauldron of Essence ability from step 1, returning Myr Battlesphere from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  6. When Myr Battlesphere enters, it triggers, creating four creature tokens.
  7. Activate Phyrexian Altar three times by sacrificing Myr Battlesphere and two tokens, adding 1B manaG mana.
  8. When Myr Battlesphere and the tokens die, Dross Scorpion triggers three times, untapping Cauldron of Essence and two other artifacts.
  9. Repeat.
