How it works

1. Activate Anje by tapping it and discarding Blazing Rootwalla.
2. Blazing Rootwalla is discarded into exile due to its madness ability.
3. Anje and Blazing Rootwalla trigger.
4. Resolve the Anje trigger, untapping it.
5. Resolve the Blazing Rootwalla trigger, causing you to pay 0 to cast it from exile.
6. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Blazing Rootwalla, adding one mana of any color.
7. When Blazing Rootwalla dies, Mortuary triggers, putting Blazing Rootwalla on top of your library from your graveyard.
8. Resolve the Anje ability from step 1, causing you to draw Blazing Rootwalla from the top of your library.
9. Repeat.
