How it works

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Ozox, adding 1.
2. When Ozox dies, it and Ogre Slumlord trigger.
3. Resolve the Ozox trigger, creating a legendary 2/1 Jumblebones creature token.
4. Resolve the Ogre Slumlord trigger, creating a creature token.
5. Activate Phyrexian Altar twice by sacrificing Jumblebones and the other creature token, adding 1.
6. When Jumblebones dies, it triggers, returning Ozox from your graveyard to your hand.
7. Cast Ozox by paying 2.
8. Repeat.

This ingenious loop turns a royal skeletal cycle into a self-sustaining engine by utilizing Phyrexian Altar as both the sacrificial outlet and the mana source to recast Ozox, the Clattering King. While the Altar turns the initial sacrifice into fuel, Ogre Slumlord quietly watches nontoken creatures perish to compensate for the token deficit, spawning an extra Rat body on the side to help fund the recurring casting costs. Meanwhile, the death of Ozox yields a Jumblebones token whose eventual departure serves as the crucial retriever, looping the monarch right back to your hand so the cycle can begin anew.
