How it works

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Forsaken Miner, adding .
2. When Forsaken Miner dies, Rakdos triggers, targeting an opponent.
3. When you commit that crime, Forsaken Miner triggers, causing you to pay to return it from your graveyard to the battlefield.
4. Resolve the Rakdos trigger, exiling the top card of the opponent's library with the ability to cast it until your next end step.
5. Repeat.

This loop turns your graveyards and opponent's libraries into your personal playground by feeding Forsaken Miner into Phyrexian Altar to generate the exact black mana needed to fund the Miner's own return. Because targeting an opponent with Rakdos, the Muscle's triggered ability counts as committing a crime, the Miner happily crawls right back out of the graveyard every single time it dies. Meanwhile, every iteration of this sacrifice cycle triggers Rakdos again, letting you rapidly exile and cast every card from your opponents' libraries while generating an endless stream of death, sacrifice, and entry triggers.
