How it works

  1. Cast Infested Thrinax by paying 3B manaG mana.
  2. When Infested Thrinax enters the battlefield, it triggers, causing you to create a number of 1/1 Saproling creature tokens when a nontoken creature you control dies.
  3. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Brokkos, adding 1.
  4. When Brokkos dies, Infested Thrinax triggers, creating six 1/1 Saproling creature tokens.
  5. Activate Phyrexian Altar four times by sacrificing four Saprolings, adding 1U/BG manaG mana.
  6. Cast Brokkos from your graveyard for its mutate cost by paying 2U/BG manaG mana, putting it on top of a Saproling.
  7. Repeat from step 3.
