How it works

1. Cast Traveling Plague by paying 3, attaching it to another creature you control.
2. When Traveling Plague enters, Ghostly Dancers triggers, creating a creature token.
3. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the creature Traveling Plague is attached to.
4. When the creature dies, Traveling Plague triggers, returning itself from your graveyard to the battlefield attached to the token created in step 2.
5. When Traveling Plague enters, Ghostly Dancers triggers, creating a creature token.
6. Repeat from step 3.

This clever loop turns Traveling Plague into a recursive engine by using its own death trigger to continuously bring itself back to the battlefield. With Ghostly Dancers on the board, every time the Aura re-enters, its *Eerie* ability triggers to provide a fresh 3/1 white Spirit creature token, which immediately serves as a new host for the Plague. Meanwhile, Phyrexian Altar provides the crucial sacrifice outlet that cleanly sends the enchanted creature to the graveyard, generating a steady supply of any color of mana while driving the entire cycle forward.
