How it works

1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the creature with Griffin Guide attached.
2. When the creature dies, Cass and Griffin Guide trigger.
3. Resolve the Griffin Guide trigger, creating a 2/2 Griffin creature token.
4. Resolve the Cass trigger, returning Griffin Guide from your graveyard to the battlefield attached to another creature you control.
5. Repeat.

This loop is a masterclass in recycling enchantments, turning a single Auri-bound creature into a self-sustaining engine of life and death. By feeding your creature to Phyrexian Altar, you generate the mana you need while sending both the creature and Griffin Guide to the graveyard. This death triggers Griffin Guide to spawn a fresh 2/2 Griffin token, while Cass, Hand of Vengeance swoops in with her static vigilance and recycling trigger to immediately fish Griffin Guide right back out of the graveyard and snap it onto your newly minted token. Because Cass triggers off any dying creature that was enchanted or equipped, you can endlessly loop this sacrifice-and-return cycle to churn out infinite colored mana, leaves-the-battlefield triggers, and death triggers.
