How it works

1. Cast Ultron either from your hand or from the command zone by paying 1 plus commander tax if applicable.
2. When Ultron enters, Prowler triggers, causing it to connive.
3. Ultron triggers, causing you to pay 1 to create a 2/2 Robot Villain creature token.
4. When the Robot Villain enters, Prowler triggers. Holding priority, activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Robot Villain, adding 1.
5. Resolve the Prowler ability, causing it to connive.
6. Repeat from step 3.

This clever loop transforms the steady mechanization of your forces into an unstoppable engine, driven entirely by the synergistic machinery of your board state. As Ultron, Unlimited hits the battlefield, Prowler, Clawed Thief triggers to connive, which in turn pays off Ultron's triggered ability to mint a 2/2 Robot Villain artifact creature token for just one mana. That new Robot Villain entering the battlefield triggers Prowler once more, allowing you to feed that token directly to Phyrexian Altar to generate the exact mana needed to fuel Ultron's creation loop indefinitely. Through this continuous cycle of sacrifice and reinvestment, Prowler repeatedly connives to filter your hand while generating an endless tide of artifact and creature triggers.
