How it works

1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Unstoppable Slasher.
2. When Unstoppable Slasher dies, its second ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with zero stun counters due to Solemnity.
3. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to Unstoppable Slasher's power.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop creates an infinite sacrifice engine by exploiting a clever rules interaction: Solemnity completely shuts down the placement of stun counters, bypassing the safety valve on Unstoppable Slasher's revival mechanic so it returns to the battlefield endlessly instead of locking down. Every time the Slasher enters and leaves the graveyard, you feed it directly into Altar of Dementia, turning the Slasher's base power into an endless stream of sacrifice and death triggers that instantly mills your opponent's entire library into the dirt.
