How it works

1. Activate the creature with undying by tapping and sacrificing it, adding 3.
2. When the creature dies, Solemnity triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield without a +1/+1 counter on it.
3. Activate Lotus Ring's equip ability by paying 3, attaching it to the undying creature.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop relies on a creature with undying—which naturally returns with a +1/+1 counter—whose fate is rewritten by Solemnity, preventing those counters from ever landing so the creature can die over and over again. By equipping that immortal creature with Lotus Ring, you gain the luxury of sacrificing it on command to generate the exact mana needed to re-equip the Ring and keep the cycle spinning. Meanwhile, Yarus, Roar of the Old Gods capitalizes on the resulting chaos by granting haste and turning the recurring stream of creature deaths and battlefield entries into endless triggers.
