How it works

1. Activate Wylie Duke by tapping it.
2. Wylie Duke triggers, causing you to draw a card and gain 1 life.
3. Resolve the Wylie Duke ability, dealing 1 damage to any target.
4. Activate Mind over Matter by discarding a card, untapping Wylie Duke.
5. Repeat.

This cunning loop transforms Wylie Duke, Atiin Hero into a self-sustaining engine by outfitting him with Hermetic Study, which grants him the ability to tap and ping any target. Because Wylie Duke's own triggered ability rewards you with a card and life whenever he becomes tapped, you can tap him for damage to trigger his draw, and then use Mind Over Matter's discard-to-untap ability to ready him for action once more. By feeding cards from your hand into Mind Over Matter, you perpetually untap your hero to draw, ping, and gain life until your opponents are overwhelmed.
