How it works

1. Activate a mana-producing permanent by tapping it, adding at least 1.
2. Activate Emiel the Blessed by paying 3, blinking Liliana's Standard Bearer.
3. When Liliana's Standard Bearer enters the battlefield, it triggers, causing you to draw a card for each creature that died under your control this turn.
4. Activate Mind over Matter by discarding a card, untapping the mana-producing permanent.
5. Activate the mana-producing permanent by tapping it, adding at least 1.
6. Repeat from step 4 until you have at least 3 in your mana pool.
7. If you had additional creatures die this turn and/or the mana-producing permanent produces at least 2, this combo nets near-infinite mana and near-infinite card draw.

This intricate engine uses Emiel the Blessed to repeatedly blink Liliana's Standard Bearer, provided a sufficient number of creatures have already died under your control this turn to power the card draw upon its re-entry. Meanwhile, Mind Over Matter acts as the ultimate enabler, letting you convert your newly drawn cards into discards that untap your mana sources. By looping these activations together, you can continuously churn through your library while generating massive amounts of mana, pumping your creatures, and triggering a cascade of enters-the-battlefield effects.
