How it works

1. Activate Gilded Lotus by tapping it, adding .
2. Activate Mind Over Matter by discarding Damage Control Crew.
3. Hashaton triggers, causing you to pay 2 to create a tapped token copy of Damage Control Crew that is a 4/4 Zombie.
4. When the Damage Control Crew token enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Damage Control Crew from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Resolve the Mind Over Matter ability, untapping Gilded Lotus.
6. Repeat.

This loop turns the raw power of Mind Over Matter into an engine of continuous recursion and creation, anchored by Hashaton, Scarab's Fist and Gilded Lotus. By discarding Damage Control Crew to Mind Over Matter, you trigger Hashaton, Scarab's Fist to pay {2}{U} and turn that discarded card into a 4/4 tapped token copy. When that token enters the battlefield, its triggered ability lets you fish the real Damage Control Crew right back out of your graveyard, while Mind Over Matter's discard cost untaps Gilded Lotus to keep the mana flowing. Because Gilded Lotus produces three mana—more than enough to cover Hashaton's activation fee—you are left with infinite entering creatures, infinite self-discards, and an ever-growing army of tapped zombie tokens.
